Product description

The type of elevator for the hanging basket is LTD80, and the elevator is composed of electromagnetic braking motor, centrifugal speed limiting position, two-stage deceleration system and winding rope mechanism, etc. The second stage deceleration of the elevator is external gear transmission. The models of ZLP800A, ZLP630 and ZLP500 Elevator for hanging basket are LTD80A, LTD63 and LTD50 respectively. The structure of the three Traction Motor Elevator Parts is basically the same. All of them are composed of electromagnetic α motor, centrifugal speed limiting device, two-stage deceleration system and "α" form winding rope mechanism.

Traction Motor Elevator Parts mainly include the following parts:

The driving device. It is composed of motor , reducer  and coupling . It is the core part of the elevator. It drives the movement of the reducer through transmission to achieve lifting and landing and adjust the speed.

Lifting mechanism. It is composed of steel wire rope, pulley , hook  and so on, used to lift the hanging basket or working platform.

The suspension device. It is composed of pulley, hook, rope, etc., which corresponds to the lifting mechanism and plays the role of lifting goods.

Operational control system. It includes an electrical control cabinet, an interlocking device, a stopper, a safety protection, etc., for safety control and operation control.

3 steps for building basket installation

1. Install the elevator on the mounting frame of the electric hanging basket elevator and fix it with the handle and lock pin.

2. Install the safety lock on the safety lock support plate, fix it with bolts, and tighten the bolts.

3. Hang the electrical box in the rail of the work platform, plug the motor plug, hold the switch plug, install the upper limit stroke switch on the installation place of the safety lock, and install the lower limit stroke switch on the installation place under the work platform, check and confirm that it is correct, turn on the power.
