Installation steps
1. Adjustable suspension platform's adjustable support height should make the lower side of the front beam slightly higher than the height of the daughter wall (or other obstacles), if possible, it should be fixed by adding padded wooden blocks between the lower side of the front beam's extending end and the daughter wall after the suspension mechanism is positioned.
2. The rated adjustment range of the overhanging length of the front beam is 0.3~1.5 meters.
3. The distance between the front and rear seats shall be adjusted to the distance as far as possible under the site permissible conditions.
4. The distance between two supports should be adjusted to the distance between the overhanging end points of the front beam is 3~5 centimeters smaller than the length of the suspension platform.
5. When tensioning the reinforcing wire rope, it should make the front beam slightly upward 3~5 centimeters to produce pre-stress and improve the steel degree of the front beam.
6. Clip the wire rope, the number of rope clamps not less than 3, U-shaped opening and then the tail end of the wire rope on the opposite side, and in the same direction. Rope clamps should be clamped sequentially from the lifting point, and in the latter rope clamps and the former rope clamps, the rope should be made to have a little arch. When tightening the rope clamp nut, the wire rope should be clamped flat to 1/2~1/3 diameter.
7. When putting down the wire rope, the wire rope should be put on the floor in the free disk, and the rope head should be carefully withdrawn and put down slowly along the front, and it is forbidden to put the wire rope into the disk downward. After putting the wire rope, the tangled rope should be carefully separated and pressed, and the excess wire rope on the ground should be carefully coiled and tightened, and should not be arbitrarily scattered on the ground.
