2. After installation, the following inspection tests shall be carried out to confirm the normal condition before delivery.

2) The wire rope has no kinks, squeeze injuries, loose; Wear, broken wire is not excessive, suspension, rope winding and suspension are correct;

3) The safety protection device of anti-fall and external rotating mechanism is complete and reliable;

4) The motor is no noise, overheating, normal start, reliable braking;

5)Electric Motion Suspended Work Platform should do 125% of the rated lifting static overload test and 110% of the dynamic overload test, requiring normal lifting, limit device sensitive and reliable.

3.after starting, carry out lifting basket operation test, confirm normal, before operation.

4, during the operation, when it is found that the operation is not normal, it should be shut down immediately and take safety protection measures. Shall not continue to use without staff inspection and repair.

5, the use of Electric Motion Suspended Work Platform for welding operations, must protect the hanging basket, wire rope, can not be used as a wiring circuit.
