Structure of the Suspended Basket

(A) Suspension platform

Suspension platform is the construction personnel's workplace, by the high and low railing, basket bottom and hoist mounting bracket four parts of the bolted combination.

The hoist is the power part of the suspension platform, adopting electric climbing structure.

The hoist is driven by an electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motor, which is decelerated by a pair of turbine worm gears and gears to drive the wire rope conveyor mechanism to make the hoist move up and down along the working wire rope, thus driving the hoist to move up and down.

The working wire rope moves up and down, thus driving the suspension platform up or down.

(C) Safety lock

Safety lock is the safety protection device of the suspension platform, when the working wire rope suddenly breaks or the suspension platform tilts to a certain angle, it can automatically and quickly lock the safety wire rope.

Quickly lock the safety wire rope to ensure that the suspension platform does not fall or continue to tilt.

(D) suspension structure.

Suspension mechanism is set up in the upper part of the building, through the wire rope to suspend the suspension platform device.
