Electric Hoist Mounting precautions:

1. Check product integrity: After opening the package, check whether the product is damaged or damp. If the packaging is wet, check whether the electric hoist is corroded. At the same time, check the degree of damage and the amount of lubricating oil of the gearbox and wire rope of the elevator, if insufficient or dry, it should be re-filled or oiled.

2. Remove tape: Before testing the machine, ensure that the tape wrapped on the wire rope has been removed.

3. Power and grounding protection: When preparing to introduce the power supply, please note that the electric hoist may not have its own motor overload safety protection, so it should be equipped with grounding protection to prevent electric shock accidents. It is strictly prohibited to lift the draft when lifting the goods, so as not to impact the electric elevator.

4. No-load operation inspection: Before each start of work, power should be first used for no-load operation, and at the same time check whether all parts of the lifting rack have been tightened. Verify that the equipment is running properly before lifting and lifting.

5. Lifting precautions: During the lifting process, do not pull or tilt heavy objects, and ensure that at least 3 rings of wire rope are reserved on the rope drum to prevent excessive force from falling off. At the same time, when lifting goods, it is forbidden to stand within the dangerous range.

6. Other precautions: Please do not overload the electric elevator, and do not use it when the weight of the lifting object is not clear. In addition, for a specific type of electric hoist (such as DHP type suspension electric hoist), during the installation and removal process, it is necessary to pay attention to the straightness of the lower hook and the upper hook, as well as whether the body chain has wrong twisting and other problems. At the same time, install a rain cover to avoid external debris into the body.
